Instructions
Mix garlic thru sambal into to a sauce pan and warm over medium low until incorporated and you can smell the ginger and garlic releasing their lovely aroma. Add 1-3 T water if too thick. When you have your desired consistency, allow to cool.
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Reserve about 1/3 of the sauce. Pour the reamining sauce over the chicken in either a bowl or plastic bag. Marinade for 30 minutes if eating same night, but 4hrs to overnight would add even more flavor!
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a baking dish either greasing lightly or using aluminum foil depending on how much you like to do dishes.
When chicken marinated to appropriate level and oven warm, arrange chicken in a single layer. Set timer for 30 minutes.
